i've choose a best comedian. he is Rowan Atkinson or full name Rowan Sebastian Atkinson or famous name (MR.BEAN). he was born on 6th January, 1955, in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne,UK to Ella May ( his mother) and Eric Atkinson ( his father). His father owned a farm where he grew up with his two older brother, Rupert and Rodney. He attended Newcastle University and Oxford University where he earned degrees in electrical engineering. During the time, he met screenwriter Richard Curtis, with whom he wrote and perform comedy. he have perform 7 movies. but i think the best movie about him is MR.BEAN. he has make this series in 1999 a long time ago. I like to watch a MR.BEAN story. A million thousand people can laugh when he makes a stupid thing like talk with his TEDDY. He saying that " people think because i can make them laugh on the stage, i'll be able to make them laugh in person. That isn't case at all. i am essentially a rather quiet, dull person who just happens to be a performer. " i think MR.BEAN is essentially a child trapped in the body of man. All cultures identify with children in a similar way, so he has this bizzare global outreach. And 10-year-old boys from different cultures have more in common than 30-year-old. As we grow up, we acquire this sensibility that divides us.

Write in about 100 words about a perfect healthy life style you wish to live.

Everyone has a different perspective on what a healthy lifestyle is, but it really comes down to practicing good health habits and giving up harmful ones. With a healthy lifestyle you can only get positive reinforcements out of it, such as feeling good; you will have more energy, sleep better and be more relaxed, looking good; you will have a nice toned body, strong muscles, bright eyes healthy hair and skin, and most important you will be happy; you will have a better outlook on life. To begin per-say a new “life” you start with small steps, simple changes. Which will produce big changes in time. Two major factors I will be talking about today are healthy eating and exercising.Another factor of living a healthy lifestyle is exercising. Regular exercises reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Making time to exercise 20 mins a day 3 times a week for a start will make a world of difference as long as your keep it regular. A few type of exercises are aerobic which burns fat calories very quickly and improves and maintains heart and lung fitness. Some examples are dancing, jogging, and swimming. Next it Calisthenic exercises which is good for warm-ups or cools downs, this improves muscle endurance. Examples are chin-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups. Another one is High Resistance exercise, which is very important for athletes; examples are heavy weight training and sprints.

UFS101 - 3rd Vocabulary Entry

Find 10 words from the article that has 3 or more syllables and:
-Give the meaning of each word
-Create a sentence for each word.

A Healthy Living

Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible– all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you.  Healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”—it’s not just what you eat, but how you eat. Your food choices can reduce your risk of illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, as well as defend against depression.

Additionally, learning the habits of healthy eating can boost your energy, sharpen your memory and stabilize your mood. You can expand your range of healthy food choices and learn how to plan ahead to create and maintain a satisfying, healthy diet.

I am reminded my hero, Stephen Bien Guntili. He is my father. As a child, I had always looked to my father as a hero. To me, he was strong enough to take on an army one handed, tall enough to reach for the moon and give it to me, and wise enough to know everything about everything. There was nothing my father could not do. He took time to teach me to read, write, walk, and talk. When learning how to walk, like any child I would occasionally fall. My father would pick me up and put me back on my feet. He always encouraged me to “get up and try it again.” I felt no doubt in his eyes; he made me believe that I can accomplish anything that I set my mind to. In my rebellious early teenage years I saw that my father did not know everything like I previously thought.I wish that i will have a husband like him one day.

Unconditional Love and self-acceptance

Unconditional love is loving without limitationsconditions or reservations. It is based on an attitude of complete acceptance which means you decide to love other people - and yourself too, of course - by being happy with them just as they are, without needing to change them in any way, allowing them to grow, to be all that they want to be for themselves, even if this does not include you or fit with your plans. This is the ultimatefocus of all our work, at the very cent re of everything, if you can truly love and accept yourself, then your life experience has no limits. When we were babies, we knew unconditional love, but over time, as we grow up our thoughts become conditioned by the world around us. We learn the behaviors that work to survive, we learn whether we are good or bad, what is acceptable and what is not. Deep down don?t we all crave this love? Though it often feels lost to us. So often we seek or demand love from others, but are completely unable to give it. The reality is that if we do not hold this love for ourselves, we will not be able to give it to others or expect others to feel that way about us. It's harsh, but how can we expect others to love us unconditionally if we cannot?
